WHAT IS OUR DAILY BLOOM?We provide premium grown orchids on a monthly service for the sophisticated and discerning person that loves the exotic beauty of orchids. Our blooms are grown and sourced in California to support our local growers and make sure we deliver the best and freshest quality. You won’t find the our orchids in your local supermarket, not to say these cousins aren't good, it’s simply because our blooms are bigger than theirs. It’s our desire at Our Daily Bloom to provide you a convenient monthly service that brings a smile to your face and the freshest blooms to your door. We are a premier subscription service with a boutique way of doing business hand selecting the freshest blooms and send them with care to you.

FRESHNESS GUARANTEEIf for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied with the freshness of your Orchids, please email us at info@ourdaiilybloom.com within 48 hours after receiving the product and we will gladly replace the bouquet or refund your money.

COVID -19 SAFEGUARDSAt Our Daily Bloom we follow the CDC guidelines and take all precautions to make sure we have a clean and safe working environment for our team. We clean and disinfect our work stations, practice social distancing with each worker 6 feet apart, and wear masks and gloves. This care is continued when we deliver our plants to your door, servicing your office or building. This is our standard and practice until informed otherwise by the state and health officials that we can go out and play differently.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?Monthly Deliveries: You will be billed for your full plan immediately upon sign up. After the first subscription cycle ends (3, 6 or 12 month) your next billing will be on the 3rd of the month. Change your mind, no worries, you can cancel the upcoming renewal 7 days prior to your next billing date.

COMMERCIAL SERVICESIf you choose this service, welcome aboard! We will set up a service account for your company and invoice you after each delivery. Billing is payable in 14 days upon remitting the invoice. Please send us your vendor requirements and we will provide insurance and other requested documents you need for us to be your service provider. Please allow 7 working days to complete and send all necessary vendor paper work to you.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE?Sure you can! You can make changes on your delivery date 7 days before your scheduled delivery date. Just let us an email and let us know when you want it and we'll arrange the delivery to fit your schedule. Please send your changes to help@ourdailybloom.com
